Vocational Rehabilitation Case Manager
Twenty years experience in vocational rehabilitation, employment counselling, job placement, vocational evaluation, transferable skills analysis, and labour market research for the public sector, auto and life insurance, and workers’ compensation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a post-degree certificate in Personnel and Industrial Relations, and am currently a graduate student in a Master of Science Vocational Rehabilitation program. He is a certified GATB administrator, a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP #220), a Registered Vocational Professional (RVP), and a Certified Vocational Professional (CVP #233).
He is a member in good standing of the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada, the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals, and the Canadian Assessment, Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment Society, where he serve's as President. Over the course of my career, He has conducted hundreds of vocational evaluations for submission to insurers, the WSIB, the Ontario Superior Court, the Financial Service Commission of Ontario, the Office of the Commissioner of Review Tribunals, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. .
Neurologist
Dr. Gladstone is a duly qualified medical practitioner, licensed to practice in the province of Ontario, Canada. He graduated from the University of Toronto Medical School in 1964. He completed the Neurology Residency Training Program at the University of Toronto in 1969, obtaining his Fellowship in Neurology in 1969 and then he continued at the Toronto General Hospital as the Chief Resident for an addition year. Since that time he has been on the staff at the Department of Medicine, Division of Neurology at the North York General Hospital, currently serving as a Consultant. He was the Chief of the Division of Neurology at North York General Hospital for 10 years. He was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Neurology at the University of Toronto. He has a full-time practice in general Neurology. He is certified from the Canadian Society of Medical Evaluators and was designated C-CAT (PM), indicative of expertise in catastrophic injury evaluation. He is certified from the Canadian Society of Medical Evaluators and was designated as qualified and proficient in medical-legal matters and entitled to use the initials CMLE (ON), after his name (certification in medical-legal expertise in Ontario)..
Orthopaedic and Spinal Surgeon and Chronic Pain Specialist
Dr. Fern is an Orthopaedic Surgeon, licensed to practice in Ontario. and is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. His medical and orthopaedic surgical training were both completed at Queen's University. He currently practices general orthopaedic surgery including: trauma, adult joint reconstruction and arthroscopy, along with subspecialty spinal surgery at Lakeridge Health Corporation in Oshawa. Dr. Fern completed a one year fellowship in spinal surgery through the University of Toronto at the Orthopaedic and Arthritic Institute at Sunnybrook and Women's College Health Sciences.
He is also a member of the Canadian Society of Medical Evaluators. Dr. Fern is a Certified Independent Medical Examiner through the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. This board is recognized as the world's premier organization and sets forth the education and credentialing standards for independent medical examiners and practitioners of disability medicine. Board certification is recognized as the national standard for physicians performing medical assessments.
Dr. Fern is also certified by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario in Interventional Pain Management. On average, in his chronic pain practice, Dr. Fern sees over 40 patients per week that he manages both surgically and non-surgically. Non-surgical treatments include nerve block injections along with pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic methods. Dr. Fern is also a member of the Canadian Academy of Pain Management and of the Canadian Pain Society and is credentialed as a Diplomate of the Canadian Academy of Pain Management.
Registered Kinesiologist, Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Arcon Evaluator
Chris graduated from Dalhousie University with a degree in Kinesiology and later completed a diploma in Massage Therapy. Chris also graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Education degree and is an Ontario Certified Teacher. For the past 15 years, he has continuously been involved in the exercise and rehabilitation industry. He is a Certified Fitness Consultant and has been employed by Dalhousie University as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Athletic Therapist while working with various varsity sports teams and athletes.
Chris is currently working as a Massage Therapist and Kinesiologist and has performed numerous Functional Capacity Evaluations. Chris is also trained and certified to complete Worksite Assessments and Ergonomic Assessments and has completed several courses relating to Ontario’s Statutory Accidents Benefits Schedule (SABS). He is a member in good standing with the Ontario Kinesiology Association. .
Psychiatrist
Dr. Waisman is a physician licensed to practice Medicine in the Province of Ontario. He is a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and holds a Specialty Certificate in Psychiatry and a Subspecialty Certificate in Forensic Psychiatry. Dr. Waisman has extensive experience in objective evaluation in the context of personal injury litigation and e extensive experience in treating patients who suffer from posttraumatic stress disorder, mood disorders, chronic pain, and brain injury. He is qualified as an expert in the field of Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry at the Ontario and Superior Court levels. Dr. Waisman holds a faculty position with the University of Toronto as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and currently serves as the Director of Forensic Education at the Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences.

Neuropsychologist
Dr. Brooker is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, and is qualified in the practice of Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology and Rehabilitation Psychology. He is also registered with the Canadian Register of Health Service Psychologists, and also holds a Certificate of Professional Qualification in Psychology with the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards. He is a member of numerous national and international societies including the Canadian Academy of Psychologists in Disability Assessment, the Canadian Society of Medical Evaluators, and the European Academy of Neurology. He was clinical neuropsychologist and general Program Director for an in-patient Psychiatric Rehabilitation Unit. He was the general hospital Rehabilitation Psychologist and Neuropsychologist for a Medical Rehabilitation hospital program, as well as being consultant for the Geriatric and Long Term Care Unit and for community physicians. In those capacities he carried out psychological assessment, psychological therapies, and developed behaviour management programs suitable for individual disorders. He has conducted research in cognitive and emotional function in the area of traumatic brain injury, stroke, and Alzheimer’s Disease.
Dr. Brooker has performed hundreds of independent neuropsychological and psychological assessments for the purposes of diagnosis, impairment and disability assessment and treatment. He has carried out treatment of emotional disorders as well as rehabilitation of cognitive disorders. He has conducted many MVA-related catastrophic impairment (CAT) assessments using AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment (4th Edition). He has provided impairment and disability assessments, analyses and opinions for plaintiff as well as defense lawyers both for Tort as well as Accident Benefits. He has been an independent assessor providing neuropsychological, psychological, and psycho-vocational evaluation for several independent assessment centres as well as for provincial and federal government agencies. Clients have included those with head injury, stroke, infectious brain disorders, PTSD, chronic fatigue, learning disabilities, cardiovascular disorders and epilepsy. Dr. Brooker provides independent assessments for OnTIME Assessments.
Chiropractor
Dr. Goldhawk is a Chiropractor, certified by the College of Chiropractors of Ontario to practice Chiropractic in this province. She graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1978. She is a member of good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, the Ontario Chiropractic Association, the Canadian Chiropractic Association, the Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association, the Chiropractic Board of Governors, the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and the Durham Region Chiropractic Society. She is also a member in good standing with the Canadian Society of Medical Evaluators.
Dr. Goldhawk has been conducting independent evaluations, musculoskeletal evaluations and spinal trauma assessments under the guidelines of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario for several years. Dr. Goldhawk is a Certified Independent Chiropractic Examiner through the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. The American Board of Independent Medical Examiners is recognized as the world’s premier organization that sets forth the education and credentialing standards for independent medical examiners and practitioners of disability medicine. Board certification is recognized as the uniformed standard of competency for doctors/physicians performing independent medical assessments.
Dr. Goldhawk also has Diplomate status from the Canadian Academy of Pain Management and is a member in good standing with CAPM.
Physiatrist Dr. Djuric is a duly qualified physician, licensed to practice medicine in the Province of Ontario, as well as the State of Ohio in the USA.. He has been board-certified in the Specialty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPM&R) since 1995, and in the sub-specialty of Pain Medicine by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) since 2004. After completing fellowship training in 1995, the majority of his practice has focused on the evaluation and treatment of patients with chronic musculoskeletal pain and spinal disorders. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at McMaster University, a Certified Independent Medical Examiner by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners
(ABIME) and certified in the evaluation of disability and impairment rating (CEDIR), by the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians (AADEP). Dr. Djuric has been qualified by the Superior Court of Ontario to be an expert witness in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Management.
